Our kitchen
"It is the part of the day that you wait for with enthusiasm: dinner time!" - this is what our guests always say.
When the sun starts to set, this is the time of day when you begin to smell the aromas of the food being prepared in the kitchen and to sit and enjoy the evening meal, always different from the antipasto to the dessert and everything homemade, with our fresh products picked daily. In this way, we give our food particular care and passion.
After many requests by our guests, we have decide to offer "Cooking Lessons" with Berta & our chef Costantino.

Together in the kitchen
Listening to all your requests, we have decided with the help of our chef Costantino, to offer a truly Tuscan experience in the kitchen.
Our lessons are offered daily to small groups, a minimun of 2 persons to a maximun of 4 persons. In this way, we maintain a personal enviroment while we share the secrets of our Tuscan recipies, step by step, hands-on, getting to learn each product of our territory that we use.
Classes are in the mornings from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Together during this time we will prepare the various courses that you will eat at lunch time along with Tuscan wines.
