We are always at your disposal to offer advice or to assist you in organizing your day to maximize your pleasure while on vacation at our bed and breakfast.

We can help you:

  • with laundry services;
  • museum reservations;
  • reserving an organized tour or tour guide;
  • making restaurant reservations;
  • taxi or NCC services;
  • visiting vineyards & wine tastings;
  • renting a vespa, scooter, car or bike;
  • horse back riding;
  • setting a tee time for golf or reserving a court for tennis.

We will also gladly offer information:

  • on how to arrive at the many famous cities in Tuscany;
  • on itineraries where you can explore the enchanting small towns, especially those “off the beaten track”;
  • on itineraries that highlight the beauty of the Tuscan landscape;
  • planning a day shopping at the outlets.

Terms and conditions

Check-in is from 3pm to 20pm and check out is until 11 am.

Upon request, the time frame can be modified. It is also possible to leave your baggage with us if you arrive early or even after check-out, to be picked up later that day.

Cancellation policy

Low season

Reservations up to 3 nights:

  • In case of cancellation 15 days to 7 days before arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 6 or less days before arrival date, "no show" or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: When booking any amount will be charged.

Reservations more than 3 nights:

  • In case of cancellation 30 days to 15 days before arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 14 days to 7 days before arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 6 or less days before arrival date, "no show" or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
