Cooking lessons
Listening to our past guests, we have decided to organize cooking lessons with Berta, our chef, for an unforgettable experience exploring the traditions and secrets of the Tuscan kitchen.
Made to order
Our courses take place during the day and are designed for small groups of a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 6 persons - and we have the option of several language. Small groups give us the opportunity to show you, in a very personal way, step by step, the recipes and secrets of our dishes (which are famous all over the world!)
We'll introduce you to a wide range of typical products that have been selected locally. And with your very own hands, you can prepare lunch and then savour the results on the outdoor terrace, weather permitting, or in our charming dining room.
Lessons start at 9:30 am and go until 1 pm.
You can choose between two themed menus
Fresh pasta lesson
- starter;
- preparing the dough;
- how to cut tagliolini/pappardelle;
- preparing and cutting stuffed ravioli;
- preparing and cooking seasonal sauce;
- preparing and cooking a traditional dessert.
€ 95 per person, per lesson
Lunch, wine/water and coffee included.
Typical tuscan menu
