“La Roccaia” Apartment
The apartment “Roccaia” is located in a Tuscan hamlet immersed in the vineyards with a splendid pool and has a view of the countryside and the tower town of San Gimignano.
It is a strategic position for visiting Tuscany: only 7 km from San Gimignano.
The apartment
Perfect for a couple or a family, the apartment is situated on two floors and comes with WiFi Access, mosquito screens on the windows, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Ground Floor: comprised of a living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, and kitchenette with oven, microwave, freezer and clothes washer. There is also a beautiful terrace with a pergola and BBQ, as well as garden furniture and sun loungers where you can enjoy the vista of the Tuscan countryside.
First Floor: there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (upon request, this can become two singles) and the other room with 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy beauty kit and window.
The apartment will comfortably accommodate from 2 to 5 persons.
The pool has a breathtaking view
In the little community where the apartment is situated, there is a splendid pool for the use of our guests, only 50 meters from the apartment. There are sun loungers overlooking the vast Vernaccia di San Gimignano vineyards.

The price includes

Check-out is before 10am.
Times are variable upon advanced request. We kindly request that you advise us at least one hour before your arrival, so that that we can offer the best possible service and personally accompany you to the apartment, giving you all the necessary information you will need during your stay.
